Capital Signs Ltd. is a small but growing sign company in Yellowknife, NT. We've been operating primarily as a two-person shop and are looking for a full-time, long-term employee to grow with us.
We offer our clients a full range of high-quality signage options including digital large-format printing and computer-cut vinyl signage.
Working in a small sign shop, there's no simple job description. On any given day you might be a Graphic Designer, Sign Maker, Construction Engineer, Salesperson, Builder, Repairer, Vinyl Weeder/Applicator, Installer, Painter, Invoicer, or Job Pricer. We define ourselves by what we do every day — learn, grow, innovate, and find better ways to help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications
- Willing to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks
- Good with your hands and comfortable in a production environment
- Creative thinker who can also execute practically
- Self-motivated and able to work in a small team setting
- Any experience in graphic design, vinyl application, signage, or construction is an asset — but attitude and willingness to learn matter most
